Electric Only Heating - Cosy Octopus - New Approach
I live in a small rented (housing association) 1 bed flat, with no gas therefore the only option for heating is electric. There are small storage heaters in the open plan lounge and the bedroom, but they’re really badly located in the small space meaning I’ve never been able to utilise them as they’re blocked by furniture…

Eon.Next bait and switch after using Cheap Energy Club?
I chose to switch from variable Octopus to an Eon fixed deal via the Energy Club but just got an e-mail saying they've signed me up to a variable tariff that's more than I'm paying now! Now I've got one week to make sure it's changed or the switch is cancelled! Does this happen a lot?

My…

Have energy prices really gone up by that amount? There is a MSE…

How should I read a meter with usage on two registers?
Having recently left Octopus Energy, and a part of my negotiations with them over my change of supply reading, I was told the following:"I want to clarify that we currently hold only one reading, which is the T01 register.
