Everywhere seems to mention reduction in electricity and mains gas. There are many households with no access to mains gas and have to use electricity, oil or lpg.
Will we still get the reduction?

Martin has been given a figure of 0.3p for electricity. Use 3009 kWh thats £90 ; use 10,000 kWh in an electric heated house that's £300
The people who "miss out" are oil/ liquid gas/ solid fuel/ heatedNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1 -
If you're not paying the charges now, you won't see any savings when they're removed.Kingsbridge said:

That statement confuses me. I think the policy charges on electricity are much greater than those on gas, so why would an all-electric household not be paying them?QrizB said:

Will we still get the reduction?Did I suggest that they weren't paying the charges on electricity? There are however no policy charges on oil or LPG. So oil and LPG costs won't be affected.N.
