If someone has a positive test what happens? obviously ten days shielding do you have to do contact tracing yourself last two weeks? who do you have to tell apart from employer do you have to tell nhs?

Just a heads up to everyone that a company trading as Expert Medicals which is on the Gov U.K. website as a supplier of the day 2 day 8 Covid test are a complete scam company. What requirements to travel from Scotland to Spain and back?
Spain is Amber atm. I believe you don't need any tests to fly to Spain but you need a test certificate to leave Spain then the 2 and 8 tests after you arrive back in Scotland? What's happens if you don't get the 2 and 8 tests, how would they know?

Complimentary vouchers
If provided with free travel vouchers (for disability using a taxi / disabled vehicle hire) which have expired due to C-19 and were not used due to lockdown, should they be re-issued? Argument- they were complimentary and new vouchers for this financial year have been issued.
