Vueling partial refund only

My flight from Bilbao to gatwick on 25/04/21 was cancelled by Vueling. I opted for refund since I already had vouchers from other airlines to use up in future. They sent me an email asking for confirmation of my bank details in order to refund me part of the money (£103 of £243) with no explanation why. For fear of not receiving any of it back I face my details. I received this partial repayment and am still waiting for the rest. I have got through on the phone several times only to be told the same thing ... I will receive the balance in 5 to 7 days. I am furious. Has anyone else had this / had any success in receiving full refund ?

I'm not sure I understand - you got partially refunded and when you called up they told you that you will receive the balance in 5-7 days??

Is the simple solution just to wait 5-7 days?

Could it be that they are processing refunds in date order of flights, rather than by reservation? So you may have received the refund for the outbound, and the inbound will be refunded in due course?

Only thing I can think of, seems rather odd though.
