Not really much we can advise with that level of info. 

When were the flights? When did you apply for a refund? What have they said so far? Did the flight go ahead or was it cancelled?

I'm waiting on a refund for a flight that was cancelled June 2020, I applied for the refund June 2020. Whenever I login to Ryanair it says that my refund is being processed. Surely it can't take over a year to get a refund. I've tried contacting them through their chatbot and still nothing.

Any ideas?

It surely can do. Mine took 13 months, from April 20.
