If I only became self employed in Feb 2020 and have only one invoice included on the 19/20 SA Tax return, but was self employed until October 2020 (that years return not yet submitted) would I be eligible for an SEIS support?
sled emolument wasn’t 50% of my income in 19/20 but was in 20/21.
I’ve read the government documents but am not certain if I need to have been self employed for longer to claim?
Any views received gratefully!

Do you mean that you have now ceased self employment? If your self employment has ceased, then no.MJB1419 said:If I only became self employed in Feb 2020 and have only one invoice included on the 19/20 SA Tax return, but was self employed until October 2020 (that years return not yet submitted) would I be eligible for an SEIS support?

Even if you were still self employed you would have needed to submit your 19/20 tax returns no later than 2nd March 2021, otherwise you can't claim.MJB1419 said:MJB1419 said:If I only became self employed in Feb 2020 and have only one invoice included on the 19/20 SA Tax return, but was self employed until October 2020 (that years return not yet submitted) would I be eligible for an SEIS support?

OP has not said 19/20 return was not submitted.
6 April 2020 to October 2020 is the tax year 2020/20210
