Can someone explain please why, if the government put a cap on covid PCR tests (think it was about £60), there are still tests on their own website of tests charging up to £200. None of it makes sense.

2nd vaccination keeps being cancelled
I had my 1st vaccination and booked 2nd at same time. Every week (on a Thursday) I get an email and text saying my 2nd vaccination has been cancelled and I need to rebook. I go on and rebook (same slot) and get the confirmation. Is this happening to anyone else, is it a known fault?
