TELETEXT HOLIDAY (ALSO TRULY HOLIDAYS) TOOK AN UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT

I booked and paid in full for a holiday through Teletext Holidays. Fine. However, two days later they proceeded to take a further £792.51 from my account in an unauthorised transaction. They have acknowledged that it was their fault but I keep being told it will be refunded in 14 days. Six weeks on I still haven't received the money. 
Does anyone have a contact for anyone at Truly Travel or Teletext Holidays? Or have suggestions of what I can do to get my money back?

    Don't wait for another second, they are a complete shambles and will promise you again and again. Contact your bank and ask for a chargeback for an unauthorised debit. You should have the money back almost immediately.
