Query on Passenger Locator Form and Children

I’m holidaying in Mallorca in two weeks time with children aged 12 and 16 and trying to get ahead with the paperwork by filling in as much of the passenger locator form for return to England as I can now.

I can’t see anywhere to add the children to my form.  Does this option only appear when I can complete the form 48 hours before I return?

It’s on page 2 after you submit your flight details - the next page asked are you travelling with anyone under 18 ?
