Pre-departure covid test QATAR AIRWAYS

We are currently on holiday in Dubai and are flying back to UK by Qatar Airways via Doha, we are all double vaccinated but struggling to get confirmation that we are not required to have a pre departure PCR test due to the new rules from 04/10/21. Qatar Airways just asks us to contact the embassy and fobs us off, just wondering if anyone had any experience of whether a PCR is still required despite the new rules or any information in general thanks!
