I have my child three nights a week. My questions: If I missed a few months thry my own hardship, and she went csa, what could they do? She has re married so…

CSA and Income Based JSA
Well no surprise really. CSA find him and he moves out of his family home and signs on claiming Income Based JSA as he has never paid any tax on his wages. The £13,500 he owes has been reduced by £1,200. But what does that matter. I've never had a penny any way. And the CSA now say any payments are down to DWP, and if they…

How will these factors change CS payments?
The background: My husband has 3 children with his ex wife who are now: 20, 17 & 15. Ex wife went to csa after a short period of a private arrangement as she thought she would get more money. She ended up getting less which she was furious about. When the 20 yr old reached 18 and finished A levels, his ex wife carried on…

Non-resi parent not backdating change of circumstance
Just been speaking to the CSA - apologies but I have copied and pasted this from what I've written to a friend in an email. Did you know that even though the CSA state that non-resident parents HAVE to inform the CSA to any change in their circumstances, there is nothing to stop the non-resident parent from not bothering…

I wasn't aware that WTC has ever been used as income so worried now we may not have been paying enough. We only qualify for a very…
