How Do You Get Your CSA File?
Sorry to clog up the board as I know this has been explained before, but I can't seem to find a post with all the answers. I'd like to know how to get my file from the CSA. What do I need to ask for? Who do I need to write to? Who do I make my £10 out to, etc? And how long will it take to get it? Thanks

Can you be moved from CSA2 back to CSA1?
My partner is a non resident parent and has always paid the CSA payment in full and on time. The case is under CSA1. We have a child together and I understand that if we were to separate and I made a claim then both assessments would be considered under CSA2. If at a later date I went on to cease to make a claim then would…

CSA and Income Based JSA
Well no surprise really. CSA find him and he moves out of his family home and signs on claiming Income Based JSA as he has never paid any tax on his wages. The £13,500 he owes has been reduced by £1,200. But what does that matter. I've never had a penny any way. And the CSA now say any payments are down to DWP, and if they…

The background: My husband has 3 children with his ex wife who are now: 20, 17 & 15. Ex wife went to csa after a short period of a private arrangement as she thought she would get more money. She ended up getting less which she was furious about. When the 20 yr old reached 18 and finished A levels, his ex wife carried on…

Non-resi parent not backdating change of circumstance
Just been speaking to the CSA - apologies but I have copied and pasted this from what I've written to a friend in an email. CSA and WTC
Hi, sorry I've just posted and been looking into this. The direct gov website calculator is now asking for working tax credit to be taken into account for CSA calculations. Is this right?
