CSA payment decision.

Hello, just a quick question, my partner was regularly paying weekly for his daughter for the past 3 years. The PWC is an absolute nightmare and hates me, so out of spite for me emailing her about Fathers Day, she went to the CSA. This backfired as my partner has been told he has to pay less than he was originally giving her.
Now, we have noticed that our 2 children aren't included on the "adjustments" column. Should we just leave it then we don't have to mention we get tax credits and not rock the boat? It seems fair that they are not reducing the amount for our two children and also not taking tax credits off us to give to her!

I would advise to make sure that all the details the CSA have are above board and correct. That way there will be no risk of having to pay back an overpayment, and your step children will get the amount of money that they are entitled to.Grateful to finally be debt free!0

But I wish you would cut out the the textspeak. Proper English is much more understandable.
Thanks.
PS Tax credits are taken into consideration, so I would inform the CSA you are in receipt of them.0
