Orientation of new style cards
Is anyone else annoyed about the lack of consistency orientation of the new style debit and credit cards? I have cards with the chip in all possible locations! To be fair the cards rarely see daylight - all are on my phone.

New Feature in Bank of Scotland App
Just receive the PIN for my new card and the letter with it includes this. I wonder how many proof readers it got through before being printed but at least if I want the smell of bread in the morning I only need to open the BoS app now!

Still suffering after the IT glitch on 31st

bank refusing cash withdraw
