Not sure if this belongs under Savings & investments but...

Today, following closure of one of my Coventry savings accounts, I found the closed account was immediately removed from my accounts list. Hence I am now unable to view any kind of transaction statement including the interest paid.

When I tried to send a secure message requesting a closing statement, the secure message form requires that you select the relevant account from a pull down list. However, the list excludes closed accounts. I had no choice but to select a completely different account and include a note to that effect in the message body. Methinks someone at Coventry needs to sort out their online processes.
