Online vs Mobile Banking
Hi. Can anyone recommend any banks that still specialise in online banking? i.e. using tools such as a web browser, email, SMS, etc. I am finding that most mainstream banks are moving towards mobile banking where, their websites don't display properly on a small screen, email / SMS messaging is being replaced by app based…

Overdraft fees at weekends?

To complicate matters credits show up straight away however debits only show up on the Monday morning, thus giving people…

Halifax down?

HSBC - can you have both PHYSICAL 'secure key' and mobile app?
Asking on behalf of my elderly friend. He used to have the app, but it's absolutely unfit for elderly people. So, he switched to a physycla secure key and uninstalled the app. Now he wants to apply for a Global Money account that, unfortunately, "is only available via the app". So, is it possible to install the app back…

Anyone else have problems with Barclays App when paying in cheques? I can not get the app to recognise the cheque and take a photo of it.
