Lloyds future payment set up

Bit puzzled. On 2 Jan I set up a single future payment for 1 Feb. I have printed "you set up" confirmation, & it's all correct.
Looking recently on my a/c I can't actually see it set up anywhere, nothing in 'pending', all DDs & SOs, but not this transaction.
Popped to Lloyds Bank, told "no, you won't be able to see it, but you'll know once it's paid, it will show payment on your account". I asked what happens if I want to change it though, the date or the amount. She said "you'd have to come into branch to do that".
Is that right, if I've set up a random one-off future payment, there's no indication remaining on my a/c that I did it. I'm not hiding anything, I just find it odd. Thought it might be there as 'pending' at least.

Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.

The entire Lloyds banking is in disarray since they put their Lloyds/Halifax/BoS user interface in place. I had not noticed the issue you identified, mainly because I don’t actually use my Lloyds for SOs.
But I did notice:
- there are no payee nicknames, and no options to modify the payee name after a CoP check
- excluding accounts from view (e.g. no Halifax ones in Lloyds app) does not get saved between sessions
EDIT: I just logged in and the changes I made yesterday are now showing. They didn’t ahow yesterday, so it looks like it needs overnight processing. V poor.
- transactions made on the first day after setting up an account are not visible in the app or in online banking. I sent £2k from Santander to my new Club Lloyds, then sent it back. Both transactions show in Santander but there’s no trace in Lloyds app or online. I repeated the transactions the next day, and these do now show.
- I am unable to activate any Everyday offers. Sometimes I get an error msg telling me to try again “in a bit and it should work”, other times absolutely nothing happens when I try to activate an offer
- invariably there is a “we are experiencing technical difficulties” message, which means you have to try again
- I don’t like the chat bots of any bank, but the Lloyds one seems particularly poor and unintelligent
It seems to be a very flaky system, and I wouldn’t use Lloyds as my main account. I just use them for the occasional switch offer, and for the regular savers (for which the system also doesn’t work according to the T&Cs but as it’s to my advantage, I am not complaining).4 -
I've just set one up in the app, and it shows under "view upcoming payments".SevenOfNine said:

I couldn't find a way to amend/delete it in the app. Had to use online banking on my laptop to do that.2 -

The only difference I've noticed is that I can now see all of my accounts in one app, should I wish.

Yup, that's something I'd like to see implemented.

Works instantly for me, and is persistent between logins.

No such problems here.

Of all the banking apps that I use, I find it one of the better ones.5 -
I can see future payments, SOs and estimated dates for DDs. Fairly recently a, "payments leaving soon" section with up to three future payments was added in the app after you click into your account. If you click on the ">" arrow on the right of the screen in that section it takes you to a "upcoming payments screen" where you can scroll through many more.SevenOfNine said:Bit puzzled. Against one off scheduled payments it says that they have to be manged via the browser so you *ought* to be able to see all this there as well.

That makes it even more puzzling, if some people experience difficulties but others aren't. May be it's to do with the OS? I am on an iPhone.
On Lloyds advice, I had re-installed the app but that made no difference. I am at the end of my wits, and it appears so are Lloyds.1 -

Google Pixel here, running Android 16 with all updates and the latest Lloyds app.0 -
I thought I'd see it there, but there's nothing (I'm on a lap top), so selected the "payments due before" option & stuck a suitable date in, all DDs & SO's came up, but right at the bottom it said something like "irregular payments don't show here"!Barkin said:

I'm something of a 'printer', so I do have the confirmation on paper that I set up a one-off payment, but I'm not filled with confidence that it's invisible to me on screen.Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -
I'm not experiencing your issues on iPad or iPhone (both OS version 26).friolento said:Barkin said:

Hmmm...I don't recall the exact steps that I took, but it was pretty obvious when I looked.SevenOfNine said:

As I said before, I had to use my laptop to amend it - or delete it, which I did - so it must've been there !1 -
This works for me in a web browser. On the home page next to the relevant account select, “More actions” - “payments and transfers” - “manage pending payments.” Scroll to the bottom of the page past your DDs and SOs and you should see a section titled, “future dated payments.”SevenOfNine said:
