Lloyds future payment set up

That's the fella, and where the options to amend or delete are found.wmb194 said:
This works for me in a web browser. On the home page next to the relevant account select, “More actions” - “payments and transfers” - “manage pending payments.” Scroll to the bottom of the page past your DDs and SOs and you should see a section titled, “future dated payments.”SevenOfNine said:
I thought I'd see it there, but there's nothing (I'm on a lap top), so selected the "payments due before" option & stuck a suitable date in, all DDs & SO's came up, but right at the bottom it said something like "irregular payments don't show here"!Barkin said:
I've just set one up in the app, and it shows under "view upcoming payments".SevenOfNine said:
Is that right, if I've set up a random one-off future payment, there's no indication remaining on my a/c that I did it. I'm not hiding anything, I just find it odd. Thought it might be there as 'pending' at least.
I couldn't find a way to amend/delete it in the app. Had to use online banking on my laptop to do that.
I'm something of a 'printer', so I do have the confirmation on paper that I set up a one-off payment, but I'm not filled with confidence that it's invisible to me on screen.1 -
Unfortunately, not for me. When I follow that exactly, at the bottom it says " There are no existing future payments to be displayed"! Every alternative way of searching brings nothing (other than DD's & SO's), even in the bank I got what I'm sure is WRONG information, I don't believe I wouldn't be able to see it set up somewhere on-line, to check, amend or cancel if I wanted to.Barkin said:

Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -
Try going through the motions of sending another payment to the same payee, but don't complete it.SevenOfNine said:Bit puzzled. On 2 Jan I set up a single future payment for 1 Feb. I have printed "you set up" confirmation, & it's all correct.
Looking recently on my a/c I can't actually see it set up anywhere, nothing in 'pending', all DDs & SOs, but not this transaction.
Popped to Lloyds Bank, told "no, you won't be able to see it, but you'll know once it's paid, it will show payment on your account". I asked what happens if I want to change it though, the date or the amount. She said "you'd have to come into branch to do that".

On my Lloyds app, if I create a future dated payment, and then try to send another one, before that payment date, I see a message saying there's already a payment set up for X date. It won't let me cancel, or amend, the future payment, I'd need to go online for that, but at least it lets me see it.1 -
Earthboy.......THANK YOU. During the night (insomnia) I thought I'd set up a small p'ment to go out to a separate a/c, just for £10. Logged out & back in again, just for good measure. There it was, easily found there under "Future Dated Payments" £10.
So I set up the payment I can't see again, used same payment date, same amount, completed it & THERE IT WAS listed in F D P! Just the once, still no trace of my initial one, no message to tell me there was already a p'ment set up for it.
I've checked & double checked how many days in advance I can set up a 'future transaction', keep coming up with 31 days, I did set this p'ment up initially on 2 Jan, to be paid on 1 Feb (that's a Sunday so would 'go' on Monday), so all I can think of is that though Lloyds gave confirmation of the transaction set up, it's wasn't going to complete.
Thank you everyone for assistance & Earthboy for solution. I just tried your extra bit of advice double, double checking & tried to "make a payment" to the same company, now that I know the one I've just done is showing, & rec'd the message "there's already one set up".Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.2
