Anyone have issues logging into Nationwide online banking using passcode/OTP?

Apparently its not working, despite entering the correct passcode and OTP. Was locked out earlier for 30 mins so tried again but keeping getting the message that I've entered incorrect details which is definitely not the case. Bizarrely it ALWAYS asks for 1st-3rd-5th digits from my 6 digit passcode. Anyone else seeing the same? Can't use card reader as I don't have it with me and can't use the smartphone app either as I'm trying to do an account switch - this can only be done through desktop banking or via phone (lines closed today).
