Has anyone else had problems with LHV personal account not being recognised by other UK banks, namely HSBC and Chase? Have…

Starling bank gave details of my finances in an unsecure email
I have banked with Starling bank for about 3 years. Recently they sent me an email querying the high amounts of transfers into my bank account, as they indicated a higher income than I had disclosed to them. This email contained the details of the savings accounts that I had used for transferring into my Starling Bank…

I have both the NatWest online banking and the app. I have large limits on both and I have regular payees set up. Today on online banking it wants me to use the card reader for every payment of any size to registered payees? Tried multiple times with different registered payees but still wants the card reader. The app will…

I've just moved in with my girlfriend and she wants us to have a joint domestic bank account to cover household expenses whilst we each retain our existing accounts for personal stuff. Santander - Fraud Reimbursement
In July 2025, I made a bank transfer of £4,000 to a travel agency for flight tickets. The agency had an office which I was able to visit and I was provided with an invoice. I never received the tickets and the office was closed some weeks later. I later found out this was a scam and hundreds of people were victims of fraud…

Will opening new accounts + multiple bank switches hurt my credit score at 22?
Hi, I’m 22 and trying to get smarter with managing my money. Up until now I’ve only ever had one Monzo current account and debit card. We currently have a fee-based Platinum account with NatWest that offers travel insurance etc via its membership services. Barclays Switch - BE AWARE
I’ve just opened a Barclays premier account through the app to get their current switch bonus. I then went to move some of this money into a joint account to…

Hi, I subscribed to an online PT membership back in December, for what I thought was an introductory month however when they took another payment in January I raised it with my bank and got the money back whilst they investigated it. My bank wants me to use the app (HSBC) I do not want it
Anyone else infuriated by the likes of the HSBC giving the only options of using an app or going to a branch, which are as rare as hen's teeth these days when things need doing. So a long and sometimes expense trek to get to a branch. The CEO earns millions of £'s, and yet branches are literally culled. Been with them…

Santander payments query
I know from past experience that when my Santander Edge Up has failed payments due to insufficient funds they retry later in the day. Does anybody know off the top of their heads what time their final try to take the payments is? I have a slight cash flow problem tomorrow I'm trying to navigate round.
