Odd NatWest online and app banking
I have both the NatWest online banking and the app. I have large limits on both and I have regular payees set up.
Today on online banking it wants me to use the card reader for every payment of any size to registered payees? Tried multiple times with different registered payees but still wants the card reader.
The app will only let me pay up to £750 without biometric approval. The trouble is I have this app on the iPad and face recognition simply wouldn’t work so I went back to fingerprints and passcodes.
I have none of these problems with my Barclays banking. Has anyone had issues with NatWest online and app banking please.

Not had any problems to be honest. Might be worth having a chat with them to find out. The limits are too high as they are, so I can’t see that being the issue.
