Modem advice
Since Biscit I have adopted a zero tolerance policy, Virgin Media have been cancelled after setting install date, then putting it back 4 weeks because they have decided they need to dig up the footpath, despite the cable access lid being 300mm from my front garden. Even the guy on cancellations agreed a site inspection…

Urgent - Orange taking me to court
I used to be with Orange broadband but left in early December last year when I migrated to Zen. In early January I had an email from Orange and 2 phone calls confirming my account had been closed. Talk Talk - Stopped calls through 1899, etc?
Have just tried to use 1899 and 18185 to make a call this morning. Got number unobtainable tone. I think Talk Talk were planning to stop customers being able to use these providers to get cheaper calls to 08** numbers. Does anyone know if this has actually happened, or am I experiencing a different problem?

broadband virgin/sky
I have ongoing broadband connection problems, which Virgin seem to be unable to remedy. I believe the developers put some sub standard cabling in, but no one is admitting to it. If I decided to go with Virgin Media or Sky is there any chance they wouldnt have to use this cabling to give me broadband access, I am thinking…

Dual Broadband?
Probably a stupid question but I've looked everywhere for a definitive answer and can find nothing. Can a single household have more than 1 broadband service? I was thinking along the lines of 2 phone lines (different numbers) and 2 different broadband providers. or 1 dsl and 1 cable connection? Is it possible to have more…

How to get Sky+ £110 cheaper than usual!
Hey. Well as people know from my other threads I'm shortly moving to the Sky 3 in 1 package though adding sky+. I was shocked at the £60 installation fee plus the £99 box fee seeing as normal Sky is obviously slap bang 0. Online it was £159, on the phone it was £159, and further more there were no offers anywhere. Nearly…

Skype offers premium rate numbers, but only charges local rate!
Just found out that Skype now offers UK premium rate numbers, and you only have to pay the local rate for it. So only 1,7cpm + connection fee. Probably wrong, but works great! You really only get charged for the local rate.
