Im not sure if you will find an isp with no contract, but there are several with one months contracts as opposed to 12. Im with zen, one months contract, £17.99 a month which is pricey I know as it has 2 gb cap. There are several others and you might want to look up http://www.dslzoneuk.net/isp_ratings.php0
