Tiscali Mac Code Incorrect Help!!!!!!

hi all, I dont know if you can help me but i will post anyway. Here go then
I have broadband with Tiscali right now but I been having problems with them for the last 3 mouths so I give them a call on Monday and asked for a MAC code so i could move to Virgin Media they said i would get my MAC code within 5 days. I got my MAC code by the end of the day "Monday" so the next day Tursday i signed up to Virgin Media and give them my MAC code. I was telled it would be setup within 10 days. The next day Wednesday i got a phone call from virgin saying my MAC code was incorrect and I needed to ring up Tiscali and ask them to resend me my MAC code. So i give Tiscali a call and telled them what was going on, i was then telled by them my MAC code was fine and it was virgin's problem and not Tiscali's problem. I then got back onto the phone to virgin and was telled they would retry my MAC code by putting in a new order. Well today Thursday I got a phone call from virgin again saying my MAC code was incorrect.

Well anyway what I want to know is what do I do now?
