Recipe for Lamb Fillet required please
I bought some whoopsied lamb fillet and want an interesting idea/recipe for slow cooker - any suggestions please. I have already got Curry Queens curry sauce, so combining the two would be good. as an aside, I was just watching a cookery programme, and the chef used anchovies instead of salt - looked interesting as well.

Quick count 89 cook books and use about 5/6 recipes regularly.
Just done a very quick count up of my cookery books (there's more, they're hidden everywhere :o ) and I have 89 cookery books and honestly I must use only very few recipes.
