Hi Guys!
I know its early again, but have done my mealplan, so thought I would start the thread.
Monday-Sausage Cassarole (peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas, beans) & Baked Spuds
Tuesday-Shepherds Pie, Carrots & Cabbage
Wednesday-Quiche, Couscous & Salad (lettuce, HM coleslaw, etc)
Thursday-Fish, New Pots & Salad (as above)
Friday-Egg, Chips & Beans
Saturday-BBQ
Sunday-Chicken, Roasties, Parsnips, Yorkies, Cabbage, Carrots & Peas
So whats everyone else having?

Friday - pot luck supper - we are taking bombay potatoes.
Saturday - barbeque whoops sausages from the freezer, buns, HM coleslaw, salad from garden, bottle hm nettle beer :-)

I did my food order and veg box order today, so it's a good day to think about what we're eating. I've also revised this week's menus.
Thursday (today): cauliflower & pasta in cheese sauce, crispy bacon, asparagus roasted with cherry tomatoes
Friday (I will be home VERY late indeed): fishfingers, chips & frozen peas
Saturday (26th wedding anniversary): platter with smoked salmon blinis, breadsticks, Spanish ham, olives, carrot sticks & hummous + fillet steak, jersey royals crushed & simmered in wine, braised cauliflower & carrots (recipe in one of the current food magazines) Sunday: vegetable soup with hm pizza bread, bought plum tart with clotted cream (was meant to be Sat pud but I doubt we'll have room!!!!)
Monday: mackerel fried with moroccan spices, couscous with roasted courgette & peppers
Tuesday: chicken thighs marinated in olive oil, rosemary, lemon & garlic, risotto with courgette, spinach & parmesan
Wednesday: hm burgers (bean version for DD), salad, new potatoes
Thursday: spaghetti carbonara, salad

Weds 10th June:- Fish, new pots and salad
Thurs 11th June:- HM cheese flan, mash, beans
Fri 12th June:- Sticky stir fry beef and rice
Sat 13th June:- Tomato and pancetta risotto, salad and crusty bread
Sun 14th June:- FR Roast chicken, lemon stuffing, mash and veg0 -
I forgot to say that we have HG Radishes, which are huge and some baby carrots.
We also have in cabbages, beetroot, onions and parsnips.

Can see this one not happening again but here goes! (OH still working away a lot and not sure of his movements next week)
