Sun 7th- Tuna/sweetcorn pasta in a HM creamy sauce/smoked sausage/sweetcorn pasta in a creamy sauce
Mon 8th- Szechuan Pork Chop pork chops with roasted sweet and ordinary potato cubes and carrot batons (DS cold meat, potatoes, carrot batons)
Tue 9th- HM Chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom pie topped with pastry, (lazy ready-made) chips and cabbage
Wed 10th- HM Steak mince and Vegetable Lasagne, smiles and garlic doughballs
Thu 11th- LO lasagne, salad and maybe garlic bread
Fri 12th- Fish (from freezer) n’ chips (likely from local chippy if DH can be bothered going!)

Will add the rest on as we decide........maybe LO chicken pie one day as I think I will make more than we need and also ditto for the lasagne.

    Have a good week all.

Right due to a serious shortage of funds, i've had to do a meal plan for the rest of the month (well till payday) Eeeek... Thats 18 days by my calculations.

I've never done a meal plan before so i'd love your input.. it's here cause it's abit big to post.

Sorry it's abit over complicated, im feeding 3 people .. 1 adult (me), 2 kids (1 is vegaterian) we eat together in the evening, and we all take packed lunches to work and school (though mine can be hot and often involves microwaved leftovers)

The meals arn't in order, though for obvious reasons certain meals need to be made or eaten before others, i just plan to cross them off as we eat them.
This months aim :- Stick to food Budget / find £100 for my car insurance
    May GC :- £250/£234.55 :T:A:T
    June GC :- £150/£127.37:eek:
