I'm a bit late, I know, but here goes:
Tonight (Saturday): out at a party
Sunday: Lasagne with Garlic Bread
Monday: Black Bean Chicken with Noodles
Tuesday: At Mum's
Wednesday: Farmhouse Omelette
Thursday: Thai Prawn Curry (we didn't have this last week, so it carries over - with different prawns, obviously!)
Friday: at a barbecue
Saturday: Chilli con carne
Lunches will be sandwiches or cous-cous for me with a bit of salad. I'm off on Friday and hoping to have a baking day with lots of cakes or muffins to use for our packed lunches (got a competition going with the boss as to who can make the nicest packed lunch) and perhaps run through the biscuit recipe for the top layer of my wedding cake - I've got a motorbike cutter and fancy making some "motor-bakes"
There'll be lots of fruit as I'm trying to get back onto my diet. It suffered a major setback this week as for some reason I can't stop eating and just don't feel full. Not good. Ah well. More on the Wii Fit!
Have a good week, everyone
