I think I have seen a link to a site that tells you what to make with what you have, if anyone knows it could they please post for me.
I have to feed 2 veggies tomorrow (as I usually do)
I have a pack of cauldron tofu and half a tin of ratatouie. I have lots of other stuff as well. The ds gf is gluten intolerant so bear that in mind.
Any ideas welcome.
Thanks.

Not sure you could use the ratatouille in a stir-fry, but you can certainly use the tofu!
I'd marinate the tofu with tamari/soy sauce, honey and lime juice, then stir-fry it with as many different veggies as I could lay my hands on and serve with noodles or rice (obviously wheat-free noodles... I use either buckwheat or quinoa).
Or you could mix the tofu into the ratatouille, add a few more veggies to make a kind of veggie stew, top with goats cheese and serve with rice.0 -

here's what I did. I used your marinade greenbee, but with lemon as I didn't have a lime. I stirfried lots of veg, courgettes sweet potato onion and some frozen mixed veg.
Then i made a big pot of rice and stirfried it all together.
Then I separated it with marinaded tofu going into one lot and marinated chicken breast in the other.
Everyone thought it was very nice including son who doesn't like rice. But it was very tasty. So thanks for the ideas.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
