Hi all you home brewers:beer:
I was wondering if anyone has tried making coffee wine (using instant coffee) or basil or mint wine? And if so, what was it like? Any comments, recipes tips and hints gratefully received.
I made an elderflower and mint last year and it is not bad at all but a bit 'thin'. I wondered if basil might be too pungent and the coffee idea is because I've been buying loads of coffee while Mr S has been having the 2 for a fiver specials. I've done a google search and there are recipes but I'd like to hear from someone with personal experience before I start:p
Cheers:beer:
