Southern Electric - lovely customer service and money back!
Just called Southern Electric about my gas and electric bill. Got through in 1 minute. They reduced my elec. bill to £27 a month and gave me £120 back as I was in credit. And the girl at the other end of the phone was very curtious to talk to. Big thumbs up from me :)
