Hiya guys

I hope this of some use.

British gas came to check my meter without informing me of their intentions,and put a card through the door,so I rang to arrange an appointment.The day of the appointment came,they never turned up,another appointment was made,again a no show,the final straw was the snotty leter which said they had come round to inspect my meter three times and I wasn't here!

Anyway I told them there was no card left on the 2 appointments I made,so they are crediting my account with £40 and £20 pounds for taking more than 10 working days to notify me,making £60 in total.

Result.

No all I ask is a favour :A
