Breach of Contract
When does a breach of contract take place? When I first noticed the fault or when the builders after the leak discovered was due to faulty workmanship (pipe connection leak) and said they’re not accepting responsibility and walked after fixing the leak? Thank you.

Expensive TV developed fault twice out of warranty, what are my rights?
I purchased a TV the end of 2017 from currys and paid in excess of £3,000 for this. Last year, it developed a fault with blue lines running through the screen which they fixed for us. The fault has come back again and I am wondering what my rights are? Thanks

Good morning all, first a time poster but a big advocate on Consumer Rights. So here's an unusual one for me and I don't know where to go with it. Purchased a Philips air flosser back in Sept/2017. It lasted 9 months until it became faulty, appeared to be a pump problem. Apparently, they come with a 2-year warranty. A…

I've since learned the company deletes all negative comments and only leaves the good ones. It was £53.25, £39 product cost, £6.45 shipping and £7.80 taxes. The product arrived a month later (their website…

Hi! I bought an iPad Air a few months ago as a gift. It arrived and all was fine. However, it has now come to my attention that they sent me the wrong type of iPad. Harveys sofa
Good morning. I brought a sofa from Harvey's and it was delivered in Jan 2019. Part of the wooden frame has snapped in half and is now poking though the material. Am I right to expect it to last more than 22 months? Harvey's have gone into administration so can't go back to them, I don't have accidental damage on my home…
