Hi,
I have a gymnastics membership for my 3 yr old. As we all know that the lockdown is getting in place from this week - I went asked the provider what are their plans. They have come back now that they will be providing online sessions. I don't understand how can they think that we have the whole setup with soft flooring, equipment, facilities etc in the house. I am not comfortable to opt for the online sessions and asked for the options to freeze my direct debit and resume when they are back. But they have refused to consider it and want us to attend the online sessions or otherwise serve a month notice to cancel the direct debit.
My query: Am I in right to cancel my direct debit as they are not providing the service they promised? Or should I still serve the notice period of one month and pay them for not able to use the online service.

Please can you let me know your suggestions/ help.
