I purchased a TV the end of 2017 from currys and paid in excess of £3,000 for this. Last year, it developed a fault with blue lines running through the screen which they fixed for us. The fault has come back again and I am wondering what my rights are?
Thanks

Three years old? Have you any evidence that the problem is due to an inherent fault with the machine that was present when you bought it? When Curry's fixed it last year, did you have any "discussion" with them to persuade them to do so, or did they explain that they were happy to repair because... What reason did they give?

It's out of warranty so very little unless you can prove its a known fault ( search on the internet )
And then comission your own independent report to prove it

That's the legal position (you did ask about your rights after all) ... the way forward is to first see what Currys say.0
