Visa Electron to be phased out???
Hi, does anyone know if this is true and if so when is it likely to happen? I read somewhere on here that it was being replaced or rebranded as a Visa but with the need for an online check. So not a full Visa ie no cheque guarantee but a Visa nonetheless. Such as Barclays and LTSB both now do this on there basic accounts.

How long for a cheque to clear
Can anybody tell me how long cheques take to clear, it was paid into Yorkshire Bank yesterday and my is Alliance & Leicester, just hoping it doesn't clear till Monday because thats when I will have money in. Thanks
