For anyone who's opened this account:
1. Can you make a deposit by card or cheque if opening the account online?
2. Can payment be made in to the account by Standing Order from another account, or does it need to be by BACS?
3. Are Express Pay In boxes available in all branches?

I've just noticed that the Halifax leaflet says you can pay cheques in by post. Is this free to do or do you have to pay the postage costs?0
