Could anyone tell me if they have had trouble opening an account with them.
I've been accepted provisionally and they have said for me to send in the forms with proof of who I am etc and they will send out the cards etc.
Thing is this was sent to me beginnning of August,so was wondering if there still the same or has it all changed
