leaving BT rant
Should I ever consider returning to BT, please shoot me in the knee. After 25 years we received the worst service in the country with their completely mind boggling pricing structure, price hikes during the contracts and lousy "loyalty" offers each year after haggling to a desperation point with an "advisor". I asked for a…

Anyone had experience of renewal process with NOW?
My contract with NOW is up next month and I've about 20 days to go. According to NOW you're supposed to get renewal info 10-40 days before a contract expires. I wondered when NOW sends it out in practice and would I have to give notice that took me beyond 12 months if I switch (which I'm likely to do).

universal service obligation- anyone successful?
A bit of context first. I am connected to an exchange and there are 6 green boxes connected to the exchange, our max download speed is about 4 mbps and upload is about 0.8 mbps. It takes about 20 mins to upload a 5 second low quality video clip, so not very good. Five of the green boxes have fibre to cabinet with copper to…

What price per month is a good deal for BT Fibre 1 (including line rental)?
Hi, If renewing a contract for BT Fibre 1 (including line rental) around now, what do people consider is a good price for this service? Not necessarily the rock bottom, but just what people consider reasonable. Just wanting to get a ball park figure vs what prices BT offer this package to individual customers for? Also I…

Fleur Telecom charging for nowt
Hi Guys, Newb here. Fleur Telecom are sending us bills (now totalling £66) despite the fact that we haven't used their "box" to make calls for approximately 2 months. They've ignored our emails. Now they've sent a letter threatening to contact a credit reference agency. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
