Pobroadband - appalling

Signed up to PObroadband a couple of months ago - initial speed was ok around 30 then about a month ago it dropped to around 3 - when it was working. It kept dropping its internet connection for a few minutes or even an hour. Logged a service request and a month later have had little response from them They claimed to have checked the line - but its same and even the telephone isnt working
Finally got a call from CS and after the usual security was passed to tech support and waited 10 mins on hold then spoke to a 2nd human and got cut off within 5 seconds !
Really want to cancel but it appears that they aren't signed up to the Offcom service conditions

PObroadband ?? Post Office BB is resold Talk Talk .Have you tried just reporting faulty telephone line as some say its the best route .0
