Anyone had experience of renewal process with NOW?

My contract with NOW is up next month and I've about 20 days to go. According to NOW you're supposed to get renewal info 10-40 days before a contract expires. I wondered when NOW sends it out in practice and would I have to give notice that took me beyond 12 months if I switch (which I'm likely to do).

Not with NOW broadband. However as there part of SKY would give them a ring/live chat to see what offers there are going to give you. do not offer to cancel though as you would then have to be reconnected with a new supplier which is not as easy as a switch. have NOW TV and once the package is coming to an end always offer discounts, some times without even asking. if they don't budge wait a bit longer till the COVID is out of the way and try again or switch. As Openreach are going just going back to non essential work. Once you contract is up you are free to switch whenever you want and no need to contact NOW as new provider makes contact with them. You will just billed up to the end of the last day with them.
