Hello all,
My wife and I are both working from home and our broadband is atrocious at the moment. I would like to discuss issues with an advisor and happy to upgrade if needs be but as I am not high risk I am advised not to call.
Does anyone know a way of speaking to an advisor at all?
regards

Then its probably not your ISPs fault .Check your incoming speed at the router .Change your wifi channels etc .0

Currently on ADSL? You can upgrade to FTTC online, no need to call anybody. Very little price difference at present.
But, as above, retest on ethernet first. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
It is sky me and a lot of friends have the same issue, connect a home plug to your router you will find the speed be fine. Its todo with their routers wifi been very sensitive to trafficDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
