Fleur Telecom charging for nowt

Hi Guys,
Newb here. 
Fleur Telecom are sending us bills (now totalling £66) despite the fact that we haven't used their "box" to make calls for approximately 2 months.
They've ignored our emails. Now they've sent a letter threatening to contact a credit reference agency.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    What do the bills say?
    This company seems to provide internet service as well, you don't need to use the "box" (router?) for calls to be a chargeable service, you'd still have to pay for the internet service and/or line rental.  Doesn't look to be particularly cheap either.
