TalkTalk Connection Fee
Just switched to TalkTalk via this site, but the connection fee was £50 - not the £25 mentioned on MSE. TalkTalk's representative said they'd 'never heard of MSE', and was it some sort of 'comparison site?' Has anyone managed to get a £25 connection fee?

Talk Talk haggling
I used to have broadband only with Tiscali and stayed with Talk Talk when they were take over (Use BT for phone). I'm not on a contract and have unlimited usage, which I need. Last Year Talk Talk raised their charge to £20.60 a month, which is outrageous for broadband only. I have managed to haggle them down to half this…

Number of connections per exchange
We live in a rural area - our exchange is not LLU My friend/near neighbour is with Plusnet (I get his referral 25p!) If you switch to BT, there won't be that restriction" I told him…

New chance to haggle with Sky Talk/Broadband
Given the news that we're able to haggle/cancel our broadband and talk as a result of the price increase in December, I popped onto the live chat to try and cancel. Residential or business broadband?
I am considering signing up to a business broadband service for my broadband at home. I use broadband for both social and work, and I have been looking at Talk Talk and Plusnet business broadband. Who cancels previous supplier?
With the demise of the MAC code where is the onus to tell the previous supplier of your broadband/phone when you move to another supplier? I have moved to TalkTalk for phone and broadband. Sky Benchmarking
Hi all, I am looking to start a thread that is exclusively aimed at bench marking people's success when negotiating with Sky.
