Talk Talk haggling

I used to have broadband only with Tiscali and stayed with Talk Talk when they were take over (Use BT for phone). I'm not on a contract and have unlimited usage, which I need. Last Year Talk Talk raised their charge to £20.60 a month, which is outrageous for broadband only. I have managed to haggle them down to half this for the last year or so a few months at a time but now they won't offer any more discounts - only a contract for 12 months at half price for 6 months and back to £20.60 for the rest. This is still much too expensive as BT have a 12 month deal for £5 a month. I would like to stay with Talk Talk as I have a web site hosted free by the Tiscali legacy. I can't seem to find another provider to do this for free - BT are clueless about it, for example. Any one have any experience of haggling for broadband only deals with TT? I don't really want to sign up with a contract and line rental with them as they don't seem to offer the anytime calls package that BT do.
