Hi all, I am looking to start a thread that is exclusively aimed at bench marking people's success when negotiating with Sky. If users would be so kind as to share the following information, it will allow others to see the range of discounts offered by sky to customers in a similar situation to their own:
Length of continuous time as a Sky customer
Package haggled over (TV subscription level, Phone, Broadband etc)
Initial Annual cost
Final Annual cost
Anything else you deem useful, including tips for haggling.
