TalkTalk order tracking problem

On 13 January I received an order confirmation email from TalkTalk which said: "You can now use My Account to follow your order".

So far all attempts to track my order have failed.

I don't recall it being this tedious last time I used TalkTalk a few years ago.

Have others experienced difficulty with this recently and if so how did they resolve it?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems tracking your order. Have you received your welcome pack containing your order information? Were you given a live date when your order was placed?

    Nothing in the post yet but I have a welcome email.

    The estimated go live date stated in the confirmation email is 28 January.

  • I would be more impressed if TalkTalk were to fix their IT problems.

    It would improve customer relations and reduce the number of people doing Google searches for 'email Dido'.
