New chance to haggle with Sky Talk/Broadband

Given the news that we're able to haggle/cancel our broadband and talk as a result of the price increase in December, I popped onto the live chat to try and cancel.
Sky are insistent that you can ONLY cancel your line rental and that an early termination fee would be applicable ;
The customer who are able to leave with no early termination fees are those that have had their calls package increased as Sky have changed the prices of the calls packages. This would only be for the Calls and the line rental however Broadband prices have not changed so they would go with Early termination fees.
I disputed this and they said ;
that is not correct as the Broadband has not increased
OFCOM have most definitely said you can cancel BOTH.
