So November 2015 my partner gets a letter telling us we are being Migrated from TalkTalk To some unknown company called Fleur Telecom, (I'll add moved against out wishes.) Bt cancelation fee
Hi just got charge £5.50 to leave even though I am out of contract. I had to pay to connect and yes it was in the terms and conditions but am told this is industry wide standard. Seems unfair that your charged to join and charged to leave and as always it in the small print.

Best time to apply to switch before minimum term ends
If I have a 12-month broadband & line rental contract, when should I apply for broadband & line rental from my next provider, in order to switch just before the 12 months are up and not go into a 13th month with potentially higher payments?

I'm looking to sign up for a Sky broadband connection myself once he's gone. When I go through the sign up options, the order system recognises that their is already a Sky line at my property and…

Virgin media Line rental saver misinterpretation
In December I paid the £164 Virgin media Line rental saver (LRS) to cover 12 months as recommended by MSE. NB. This figure has now increased. However the subsequent bills did not give me confidence that pay payment had been applied appropriately, it looked as if it had been recorded as just a big payment. I just phoned VM…

Love Your Broadband / Love Digital TV
I live in an area where we cannot get any BT-based services or Virgin Media as we only have a FTTP connection from an independent fibre company. Until now, the only ISPs available to us were Seethelight or Direct Save Telecom, but I noticed today on the fibre provider's website that there is a 3rd one (who I've never heard…

Plusnet cessation charge
I'm considering moving from PlusNet Broadband as I'm out of contract. I've been told it's almost impossible to leave without being charged a £30 cessation fee. It used to be the case that if you left with a MAC code you avoided this but I've heard not many companies bother now with a MAC when they take you on. Can anyone…
