Love Your Broadband / Love Digital TV

I live in an area where we cannot get any BT-based services or Virgin Media as we only have a FTTP connection from an independent fibre company.

Until now, the only ISPs available to us were Seethelight or Direct Save Telecom, but I noticed today on the fibre provider's website that there is a 3rd one (who I've never heard of) called Love Your Broadband. They appear to be part of Love Digital TV (another company I've never heard of) - I was wondering if anyone out there has ever had any experience of either of these two companies as I haven't been able to find any reviews so far.

I've only had a brief look, but the latter appears to be a company that installs communal dishes etc, in blocks of flats, so people can watch Sky, so are not an actual provider.. The broadband part has barely any information on its website or Facebook page.

Yep exactly - that's all I've been able to find out about them too, which is why I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them.

Hi Vampgirl, I'm going through the same process now, and looking to pick between Love Your Broadband and Vfast.

Did you end up picking LYB? Any feedback on your experience so far?
